Karen and Patrick have a combined thirty years of experience in real estate. Her experience is in all aspects of the industry, including participation in some of the largest transactions in the Northwest such as Microsoft World Headquarters in the capacity of title insurance and escrow professional.

Patrick has always had a passion for real estate. Once Graduated from the University of Washington, he started working at Zillow. He spent several years at Zillow helping agents succeed and make the most of the current online real estate market. Since he always had a passion for real estate, he decided to become more hands-on in the process of helping people find their dream homes.
